Fourier MultiLogPRO logger

The MultiLogPRO can simultaneously log up to 8 analogue or 2 digital inputs and can provide up to 2 digital outputs. This provides the capability of perhaps triggering an output (eg. camera) when any input reaches a given state (eg. temp drop or EMF change of a certain level).
The resolution is 12 bit (4096 levels) and the unit can sample from 1 sample per hour to 20,800 samples per second, with a total capacity of 104,000, more if interfaced with a computer.
The unit can operate as standalone or can be connected to a computer via RS-232 (USB optional). This provides live data on computer screen via MultiLab or DB-Lab (below) software.

If a wireless RS232/USB unit was used it would allow live control/viewing from the control desk without the need for wires.
It is also possible to interface Texas Instrument Calculators (models TI-83 and above) with the logger.
The logger is powered by an internal rechargeable 7.2V NiCA battery or an 9V-12V DC input. The battery powers the unit for up to 50 hours.
Fourier has over 65 sensors available and adapters can allow other vendors (eg. Vernier) and custom sensors.
Of interest for paranormal use is the wide range of sensors available. The computer screen shot above and those of the logger below show the unit measuring output from the K-II EMF meter, temperature, ultrasonic ranger and light sensors.

The MultiLab Software is specially designed for the MultiLogPRO units and offers a number of benefits including the ability to record video simultaneously. This area of the software also allows complex video analysis where data can be captured and analysed such as the distance, speed and trajectory of moving objects etc...

Sensors available include CO2, EKG, Geiger-Muller Counter, Magnetic Field, Sound level, Heart Rate, and Humidity which may be of interest. Interfacing the K-II and the TriField Natural was relatively easy by connecting to Fourier's voltage sensor.
The Fourier Magnetic Field sensor is particularly useful as it gives an accurate reading of the magnetic field, unlike the TriField Natural Meter which gives a readout only of the amount the field changes.
