So, how has your experiments gone? Are you getting anything in your photos?

So far there's no indication that introducing light of various wavelengths (UV-A, Red, Infrared) increases activity, but it remains to be seen if recording in pure (dedicated) UV (A, B, C) or IR provides an increased number of unexplainable anomalies.

Much the same, however introducing UV-A does help with visibility as it economically brightens up the area for cameras sensitive to it. (Most normal IR DVR cameras fall into this category).
