Just thought I could pick some brain matter on this one... We have a 4 Camera DVR system that has the capability to view from the internet. My question is this, how hard would it be to set up a live invest. that people could view from our website ? Could it be possible to setup the DVR wireless from a local network. Do we need it to be done through a laptop setup at the invest. location? we have a JPEG2000 system.. Any thoughts or help would be great...I'm just playing with this thought right now but if it would be easy I would give it a shot!! Thanx in advance. Spoodge

The most common way is to capture the computer screen of the DVR using software which treats this like a camera and broadcasts it onto the net. Many of the video broadcast programs will do this as it's handy to display computer screens for training etc...
If it's a more permanent set up you could have numerous IP cameras with internet access being brought together on a single html page on a website.
Either way to put it out on the net live you will ultimately need net access at or within wireless/wired range of the location.

Have you looked into Ustream? Many paranormal groups have used this service to display live video of their investigations.
