My first thoughts would be to rule out the possibility of anyone actually being inside (eg. person with key keeping a watchful eye) or even a reflection of someone behind the tree.
Without being specifically familiar with the location ... is it possible that the area the figure appears in is under a small verandah of sorts ... leading to the actual door?
Also you mention a lady ... my first impression is that it appears male.

It looks like another person. If you look past the waist on the left hand side - you can see what looks like fingers and knuckles from their hand. You can also see what looks like a jacket and the top they are wearing undernearth is a lighter colour. The brown pole has blacked out their head.
Just my opinion.
