While much of the desired information is stripped (i.e. original EXIF etc...) there is a comparison that can be done.
The compression signature matched various software - one that could not be ruled out without having the original file was the Ghost Capture App. A quick search of available images showed one of the 20 "ghosts" in the paid version seemed to match. This is shown overlayed on the image below:
Lighting for both figures seem offset by almost 90 degrees to the right although the rest of the image is from the front (IR from the game cam). While the posture, proportions, highlights and shadows of both figures seem to match, a definite conclusion would not be possible without the original image being available.
"Natural explanation highly likely" may be an appropriate rating at this stage but I'd love to see the original from the camera to enable more thorough analysis.
